Overview

Q1: No reaction while connect the touch screen, no trace on “Painting” page.
1) Check to see if the USB cable correctly and firmly connected, including to if the wire wrap of the outlet cable broken. And make sure the working environment between 4.75V-5.25V.
2) If it is assembled product, please make sure all the parts are well connected and no wire broken.
3) Go to “Device Manager” to see if the Touch Screen device can be found (Re-plug the USB cable to see if the device detected or disappeared on device manager).
4) Make sure the IRtouch Driver correctly installed on your PC, or you can download the driver accordingly on our page: www.irtouch.com.

Q2: While firmly connecting the touch screen to PC, there is discontinuous drawing of lines.
1) Make sure the light filter is not sheltered and un-damaged which shelter the infrared light working. Please clean the filter with dilute alcohol.
2) Please make sure the display and touch screen connected to the earth to have electrostatic grounding.
3) Please take the touch screen off from the display and lay it on plain desk to see if the frame out of shape when fixing. If the drawing is still discontinuous, please contact Service Center for RMA.

Q4: Response to touch, but the cursor jumping on the display.
1) Make sure the light filter is not sheltered and un-damaged which shelter the infrared light working. Please clean the filter with dilute alcohol.
2) Please make sure the display and touch screen connected to the earth to have electrostatic grounding.
3) Make sure there is no strong sunlight and electromagnetic interference.
4) If it is assembled product, please make sure all the parts are well connected and no wire broken.
5) Please take the touch screen off from the display and lay it on plain desk to see if the frame is out of shape when fixing. If the drawing is still discontinuous, please contact Service Center for RMA.

Q5: Response to touch, but joggling while drawing lines.
1) It mainly due to strong sunlight and electromagnetic interference. Please eliminate obstruction.

Q6: No response to touch on some areas.
1) Make sure the light filter is not sheltered and un-damaged which shelter the infrared light working. Please clean the filter with dilute alcohol.
2) If it is assembled product, please make sure all the parts are well connected and no wire broken.

Q7: Drawing line but reflecting unconnected points.
1) Please go to “Mode” on IRtouch Control Panel to select “Mouse Emulation”

Q8: After installation of driver on Windows Vista, the button on control panel is gray.
1) Manually install the file“*.ref”.
2) Install the driver as Admin Account

Q9: The PC re-start or get blue-screen when connect many touch screens to PC.
1) The PC power supply is inadequate, a USB HUB is needed.

Q10: A bubble windows appears as the bellow picture show “USB Device Not Recognized”.
 1) Manual update the driver on Device Manager.
2) Hardware failure, please contact Service Center for RMA.
